Very strong technical skills in .net or TIBCO application development, Enterprise Architecture design, technology assessment, Knowledge of Security standards, Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO17799, SAS70, COBIT, etc, Knowledge of Information Securityregulations such as: PCI, GLBA, SOA, Basel II, Safe Harbor, SB 1386, etc&

Extensive experience in strategicplanning, budgeting and allocation, implementation, information securityprogram development, and administration, including technical architecturedesign and technology assessment 

- Excellent interpersonal skills 

- Ability to talk with individuals andgroups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential information 

- Represent information in graphicalforms that augment textual representations in natural language, including usingmodeling languages already established in the development organization 

- Excellent presentation skills and anability to engage audiences 

- Ability to apply methodologies: RUP,UML, OOP, Process Flow Diagrams

- Experience with data architecture in an RDMS, MDDBs environment 

- Experience with service and integration architecture design and deployment 

- Experience with software interaction with databases such as MySQL and Oracle through APIs such as OCI and ODBC 

- Extensive experience with designing,developing and delivering full SDLC coverage for software integration solutionsusing TIBCO suite of software (BusinessWorks, GRID, BPM, ActiveSpaces,Spotfire).

- Knowledge of and ability to use EJB,Java/J2EE, JDBC, .Net, XML, XSD, DTD, XSL, XSLT and parsers, JSP servlets and Apache Tomcat 

- Wide, extensive knowledge of multiple infrastructure/application technologies including (but not limited to): Mainframe (IBM/UNISYS), Open Systems (UNIX/LINUX), Enterprise Databases, Middleware,Web services, Application development platforms, testing tools, HTML, High Availability designs and technologies 

- Knowledge of and ability to usespecial technologies: SOA, WebServices, ERP (ORACLE and/or SAP), BEA WebLogicServer, IBM WebSphere, eAI, BPM, STRUTS, Rational Suite (RUP/UML), OOAD.

EA certification such as TOGAF / Zachman is preferred.
