Job description

Database Systems Architect is a senior-level IT professional responsible for the administration, design, security, performance, and availability of enterprise-wide database systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and continuous 24/7 operations. The role serves as the senior technical resource for database planning, installation, configuration, backup, and recovery strategies while developing standards and procedures that support mission-critical business applications. This position acts as a technical expert and mentor, leveraging advanced database architecture, data modeling, and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex issues and optimize database performance. Additionally, the Database Systems Architect partners with business and IT teams to translate organizational requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive continuous improvement of the company's database infrastructure.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, client/server architectures, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database security.
