As the Manager of Customer Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to drive demand and increase lifetime customer value. You will be a subject matter authority focused on driving nurture and engagement strategies through creative, human-centered solutions that turn homeowners into lifelong clean energy advocates.
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Campaign Architecture & Content Strategy
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Lead the strategy and implementation for customer touchpoints across Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
  • Workflow Development: Conceptualize and build new automated workflows for every stage of the customer experience, from initial lead through post-installation engagement.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with the broader marketing team to develop customer-facing content and social media strategies that reinforce Sunrun’s brand identity.
  • Lifecycle Optimization & Innovation
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Implement innovative customer journeys and data-driven functionalities to improve user experience and activation rates.
  • Testing Roadmap: Maintain a rigorous roadmap for A/B testing and optimization of all digital touchpoints, reporting results and actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay updated on standard methodologies in lifecycle marketing and new technologies to continuously increase the sophistication of Sunrun's nurture programs.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Engagement Analysis: Lead the reporting on customer behavior, including app usage, email engagement, and web site activity.
