MS SQL DBA
• A minimum of 10+ years of overall experience in IT MSSQL Database Domain (On Prem and cloud) with proven experience in Database Operations.
• Strong proficiency in MSSQL database management with 2019 and 2022 versions of MSSQL
• Solid understanding on installing, configuring and troubleshooting MSSQL server, specifically Always ON Availability Groups, Replication, Clustering.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Test and validate backups to guarantee recoverability in case of failures with DR experience
• Knowledge of Cloud services, preferably Azure and AWS
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
• Experience in designing and automating repetitive processes to streamline service and ensure consistency.
• Good hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation
