Job description

Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead and coordinate 5-8 small to medium-sized infrastructure projects while supporting senior Project and Program Managers on larger initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management fundamentals, experience working in Agile environments, and exposure to infrastructure technologies such as networking, hosting, architecture, or database management.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Initiation
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Define project strategy, technical and business requirements, and project roadmaps.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure project objectives align with defined business goals and requirements.
Project Execution
  • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate staff assignments and facilitate meetings with project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Execute operational readiness and transition activities.
Monitoring & Delivery
  • Monitor project deliverables across multiple Agile teams and business units.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Utilize PPM and Agile tools to track project progress, productivity, and team performance.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and impediments proactively.
Communication & Governance
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead project team meetings and distribute status reports.
  • Manage project change requests and maintain project documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to ensure adherence to organizational standards and processes.
Leadership & Mentoring
  • Provide guidance, consultation, and mentoring to project teams and EPMO staff.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and promote Agile best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management with prior experience in systems development or support.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Master's Certificate in Project Management.
  • Experience working in a SAFe environment.
  • Experience with PPM tools and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
  • Exposure to infrastructure technologies including:
