This role is part of a high-impact, federally supported initiative focused on increasing employment outcomes and economic mobility within a large public housing community. The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting residents to meaningful employment opportunities while building strong partnerships with employers and community stakeholders.

Position Overview The Jobs Plus Job Developer is responsible for driving employment outcomes for program participants through employer engagement, job placement, and ongoing support. The role works at the intersection of workforce development, community outreach, and economic inclusion. This position supports a targeted housing community with over 1,000 residents, where employment access and economic participation are key priorities.
