About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Selling Manager to help lead, coach, and grow our sales team while supporting daily store operations. In this role, you'll mentor new hires, guide team development, and work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance and uphold our mission of improving lives by creating amazing rooms. Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience, strong leadership potential, and a passion for building a positive, high-energy team culture.
What you will be doing each day:
  • Partner with the Store Manager to bring strong, energetic leadership to daily store operations.
  • Jump in to support management staffing needs across the company whenever your leadership is needed.
  • Mentor and empower new hires through hands-on sales training that sets them up for success.
  • Welcome and onboard new team members, helping them feel confident and connected from day one.
  • Lead weekly store meetings (at least once a month) that inspire, motivate, and align the team.

What you should know about this role:
  • This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
  • Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required
  • You will serve as Manager on Duty 2-3 shifts per week, taking responsibility for store operations, team support, and customer experience during those shifts
