Job description

We’re seeking a strategic Four-Wheel Product Development Lead to drive innovation, product strategy, and portfolio performance for the Moose Offroad ATV/UTV lineup. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, developing differentiated products, optimizing SKU productivity, and owning pricing and margin strategy—while partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams.


This position requires an on-site, Monday-through-Friday schedule in our Janesville, Wisconsin office.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify market gaps and build a forward-looking product innovation pipeline
  • Define product positioning and differentiation through competitive and market analysis
  • Lead product development with vendors and sourcing partners
  • Own pricing, margin strategy, and SKU productivity
  • Optimize assortment through regular product line review
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to support successful launches
  • Monitor post-launch performance and refine, improve, or exit products as needed


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product/Industrial Design, or related field
  • 2–4 years in the powersports industry
  • 4–6 years in product development or category management
  • Strong strategic product thinking and analytical decision-making
