You'll support proposal development, help manage marketing materials, and assist with communications initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas.

What You'll Do

Proposals:

  • Assist in the proposal process, including formatting, assembling documents, and gathering content.
  • Help maintain organized files and databases (SharePoint or similar systems).
  • Support maintenance of marketing materials (resumes, project profiles, photos, etc.)
  • Help update resumes and project descriptions to maintain proposal-readiness.
  • Assist with social media content, marketing materials, and internal communications
  • Support proposal meetings and coordination tasks.

Communications:

  • Provide support for newsletters, events, and other communications tasks as needed.
  • Provide vacation coverage for the weekly Connection newsletter and other Communications activities.
  • Support Communications during busy periods as needed, including event support, coordination, and outreach.

Assist with Special Projects, which could include:

  • Specific Project Newsletters/Reports
  • Support Corporate documentation, presentation, and reporting needs
  • Video Projects: Plan, film, and edit videos for training and marketing needs
