Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests
  • Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service procedures and work instructions
  • Maintain Quote Logs and Production Order Tracking databases
  • Utilize ERP-LX systems for order entry and customer transactions
  • Prepare and provide part, pump, and motor quotations to customers
  • Process customer orders and provide order status updates
  • Assist with warranty claim processing and credit memo requirements
  • Support no-charge requests and invoice billing activities
  • Prepare customer communication folders and related documentation
  • Process change orders including address changes, schedule updates, and carrier modifications
  • Support sales teams with customer service activities and account management
  • Perform export compliance activities as required
  • Interface with customers to resolve accounts receivable and collections disputes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1โ€“3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Strong financial and accounting aptitude
