The Database Coordinator is responsible for coordination, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of donor data tracking and acknowledgement system, including gift entry, reporting and donor stewardship.

The Healthcare Foundation's Database Coordinator helps ensure the integrity and accuracy of donor data, supports gift processing, donor acknowledgements, and reporting, and serves as an important resource in maintaining the systems that help connect generosity with impact. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about supporting meaningful work in our community.
Required Qualifications
- Require an Associate degree and three (3) to five (5) years of computer database and office software systems and procedures experience, or equivalent combination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer knowledge and experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and/or other donor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Prefer excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Prefer the ability to work independently and/or in groups.
- Prefer organizational skills involving administrative processes and in working with colleagues and support staff.
- Prefer the ability to work as an integral part of a fundraising team.
- Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
- Prefer self-motivated with ability to work under deadlines.
- Prefer detail oriented with excellent record keeping skills.
