The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Database Assistant to join the marketing team of one of DC's top international law firms. This role will maintain and update the database, to ensure marketing information is up to date. This is a unique opportunity to learn about legal marketing from the ground up! Candidates with a strong work ethic and excellent data entry skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Include:
• Support the team in maintaining the firm's database
• Validate and enter marketing related data within the platforms
• Support the BD team with customized experience lists and other marketing materials
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of administrative or data entry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and database systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Compensation:
$50,000 - $57,000 annually DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
