Detailed oriented and ability to anticipate logical next steps and potential pitfalls in the warranty collection process.

Proactive and strong data entry skills

High aptitude for learning computer systems

Process driven approach to data analysis and problem solving

Local focal point for backup to purchase material

Inventory management

Proficient computer skills to use multiple platforms with experience in Microsoft Office (pivot tables)

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Customer and team focused

Cross functional integration skills

Multi-task with multiple managers

Finance or logistics background helpful

Familiar with basic accounting

Safety shoes required (voucher will be provided)

1st shift (M F 7:30 am 4:30 pm); occasional weekends.
