Job description

Data Warehousing / ETL Developer

Cincinnati, OH (Onsite 5 days a week)

Type : 6 Months


Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehousing / ETL Developer to support a data migration initiative involving the rewrite of existing ETL code to load data from a new source into established data warehouse tables. This role will focus on analyzing current data movement logic, reengineering integrations, and ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability of data loads.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple databases.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Data Integration module in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) (PowerCenter experience alone is not sufficient).
  • Proven experience creating, modifying, and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages and scheduled jobs using Microsoft Visual Studio.

Preferred Experience:

  • Data warehouse ETL rewrite or source-system migration projects
  • Working within existing warehouse schemas and table structures
  • Performance tuning and validation of data loads
