THE ROLE:

The Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise analytics solutions that transform complex data into meaningful business insights. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to build scalable reporting, semantic data models, and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data modeling and visualization with a deep understanding of business operations to deliver trusted, actionable analytics that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
  • Build scalable semantic data models and reporting datasets that enable consistent, self-service analytics across the organization
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive dashboards and visualizations that support executive and operational decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver analytics solutions that provide actionable business insights
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, data transformations, and reporting logic to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-performing analytics
  • Integrate data from Salesforce and other enterprise systems to create comprehensive reporting across customer, operational, and financial data
  • Establish and maintain data quality, governance, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across enterprise analytics
  • Support executive reporting, KPI development, forecasting, customer analytics, and operational performance measurement
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to improve enterprise data architecture, reporting automation, and analytics capabilities
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and visualization best practices

This position will require you to be onsite at our El Segundo, CA office between 3-5 days/week 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, customer data platforms, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Data360, Customer 360 solutions, or similar customer data platforms
  • Advanced Tableau development, data visualization, and reporting experience
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, integrations, ETL processes, and enterprise data models
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and data quality best practices
  • Salesforce certifications, healthcare industry experience, or experience in high-growth organizations preferred
