Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Advisor, Data Visualization & Marketing Measurement to join our Performance Marketing & Analytics team. This highly visible role will transform complex marketing and business data into compelling stories that influence strategic decisions across the organization.
As we continue our journey toward becoming a truly data-driven marketing and technology organization, you'll play a critical role in democratizing data, elevating measurement practices, and helping leaders understand which marketing investments drive the greatest impact. You'll partner with marketers, analysts, data scientists, engineers, and senior executives to develop scalable measurement frameworks, create best-in-class visualizations, and uncover insights that shape the future of our marketing strategy.

What You'll Do
Marketing Measurement & Analytics Strategy
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks that evaluate marketing effectiveness across digital and offline channels.
  • Identify key business drivers and performance indicators that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze marketing performance at both campaign and creative levels to uncover optimization opportunities and quantify business impact.
  • Connect media investments, customer behavior, and organizational outcomes through data-driven insights.

Transform Data into Actionable Stories
  • Build compelling visual narratives that help stakeholders quickly understand business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for marketing leaders and executive audiences.
  • Deliver insights that influence strategic planning, resource allocation, and marketing optimization decisions.

Create Scalable Data Experiences
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Tableau and other visualization platforms.
  • Partner with analytics, engineering, and data science teams to build scalable self-service tools that improve accessibility and adoption of data.
  • Continuously improve reporting automation, usability, and performance.

Influence and Enable the Organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, helping teams leverage data to make smarter decisions.
  • Champion data visualization best practices and elevate analytical capabilities across the organization.
  • Coach and mentor analysts and business partners on storytelling, visualization design, and measurement methodologies.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, media, technology, UX, analytics, and operations.
  • Quickly prototype solutions that validate business needs and demonstrate new capabilities.
  • Identify and integrate new data sources that enhance measurement, automation, and strategic decision-making.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise analyzing digital marketing performance across channels including paid search, display, social, email, web, and customer experience platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with large datasets using SQL, Excel, Python, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms.
  • Expertise designing dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Experience leading initiatives from concept through delivery, including stakeholder alignment, analysis, recommendation development, and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within digital marketing, media, advertising, consulting, analytics consulting, or ad-tech environments.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of marketing measurement frameworks, attribution methodologies, and experimentation practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript tagging, data collection strategies, and marketing technology integrations via APIs.
