Job description

Job Summary:

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role will leverage data from multiple enterprise systems, including Salesforce and ERP platforms, to deliver actionable insights, executive dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions that drive business performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Tableau, Salesforce reporting, SQL, and data visualization with the ability to influence business decisions through analytics and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs using Tableau and other BI tools
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives utilizing Salesforce, ERP, operational, and financial data sources
  • Build and optimize Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reporting solutions to support Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive Leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
  • Develop complex SQL queries, data models, and automated reporting processes
  • Analyze business trends, sales performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks
  • Support Salesforce reporting enhancements, dashboard optimization, and CRM analytics initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership teams in a clear and actionable format
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote BI best practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and business leaders on enterprise analytics strategy and modernization efforts

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Reporting roles
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large enterprise datasets
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and data visualization
  • Experience developing reports and analytics within Salesforce environments
  • Strong understanding of CRM reporting, sales analytics, KPI development, and executive dashboards
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data modeling, reporting automation, and BI best practices

Preferred:

  • Tableau certification or advanced Tableau development experience
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting and analytics
  • Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, Python, or cloud-based analytics platforms
  • Background in distribution, retail, logistics, or large corporate environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data structures
