Data Verification Specialistย to join our administrative operations team. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining the accuracy of operational, financial, customer, and employee data that supports daily business functions. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure information is complete, consistent, and compliant with company standards.


The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies before they impact operations. You will play an important role in maintaining data integrity, supporting reporting processes, and helping the organization make informed business decisions through accurate information management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Verify, review, and validate operational and administrative data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Compare information from multiple internal systems and source documents to identify discrepancies.
  • Correct data inconsistencies while maintaining detailed audit records.
  • Review employee, customer, vendor, and operational records for accuracy.
  • Generate routine data quality reports and communicate findings to management.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, human resources, and customer service teams to resolve data issues.
  • Maintain confidential records in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform routine quality assurance checks on databases and electronic records.
