  • Product Verification
    • Confirm product specifications, serial numbers, warranties, and registrations are accurate.
    • Validate returned or repaired items meet company standards.
  • Data Accuracy & Documentation
    • Review and verify customer or product data in internal systems.
    • Maintain detailed records of verifications, discrepancies, and resolutions.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in audits and quality checks for products or service workflows.
  • Customer & Internal Support
    • Work with customer service teams to verify warranty claims or product eligibility.
    • Communicate with logistics, manufacturing, or support teams to resolve inconsistencies.
  • Fraud Prevention / Risk Monitoring
    • Identify suspicious claims, duplicate requests, or inaccurate submissions.
    • Escalate potential fraud or policy violations.
