Job Summary:
Brevard Public Schools is seeking a Data Quality Specialist within the Performance Data & Special Programs Department. The role involves coordinating research requests, collaborating with staff to enhance student data quality, and assisting with data validation and analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and processing requests to conduct research within Brevard Public Schools.
• Collaborating with district and school staff to improve the accuracy, integrity, and quality of student data across multiple student information systems.
• Assisting with data validation, reporting, and analysis to support district initiatives and decision-making.
• Using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
• Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years relevant experience work with a K-12 Student Information System.
• AA/AS from a regionally accredited program/university.
• Three (3) years relevant experience work with a K-12 Student Information System.
• BA/BS from an accredited program/university Information Technology, Analytics, Business (Data) Intelligence, or another computer related field.
• Four (4) years relevant experience work with a K-12 Student Information System.
