They are seeking a Lead, Data Validation Specialist to oversee a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during new client onboarding.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development, delivering regular feedback, and helping individuals thrive in their role
โ€ข Manage a teamโ€™s work allocation, prioritization, and execution to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
โ€ข Review and audit data validation projects to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
โ€ข Drive process improvements to increase data occurrence, reduce turnaround time, and enhance scalability
โ€ข Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures for data validation

Qualifications:
Required:
