Job Summary

As a Data Validation Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Risk & Regulatory practice, leveraging advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data‑driven decision‑making. You will use skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems, optimizing their operations, and achieving strategic goals. In this managerial role you will lead teams, manage client accounts, mentor junior staff, and deliver high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead data validation and risk management initiatives to support client objectives.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Develop and implement data quality improvement plans to enhance data integrity.
  • Manage and mentor teams to deliver data‑driven solutions and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and integration processes for seamless data flow.
  • Design and deploy data visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address data challenges and optimize business performance.
  • Apply statistical modeling and predictive analytics to solve complex business problems.
  • Oversee the development of scalable data solutions to support client operations.
What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
What Sets You Apart
  • Preferable background in Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, or Finance.
  • Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS).
  • Proficiency in data validation and risk analysis.
  • Expertise with advanced data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong skills in complex data analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to mentor team members and encourage continuous learning.
Travel Requirements

Up to 40% travel may be required.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
