Job description

We have an outstanding Contract position for an Systems Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Grand Rapids, MI surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.**

Model Based Systems Engineering Support for Architecture Development of a Data at Rest (DAR) device.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Populating a requirement trace matrix
  • Writing requirement compliance statements
  • Drafting portions of systems documentation
  • Analyze Requirement PRs and draft resolutions
  • Other assignments as needed

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering from an accredited College or University.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams in a classified environment
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Possesses a SECRET US security clearance
  • Networking Device Experience
  • Strong Cameo experience -specfically tracing in requirement database, modeling internal interfaces, creating diagrams based on a defined metamodel.
  • Ability to read technical specifications and review against certification requirement documentation.
  • Familiarity with avoinics principles (types of memory, common signals, profiles).
  • Basic python programming experience is desired
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to self-prioritize work assignments in a manner that maximizes team effectiveness and project efficiency
  • Ability to execute against complex and dynamic objectives with minimal oversight
