  • Use CMMS and building management systems to monitor asset health and maintenance completion.

  • Support audits and provide required documentation for regulatory and customer reviews.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate access or maintenance requirements.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across maintenance execution and operational processes.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Demonstrated people leadership in mission-critical or industrial environments.

  • Strong decision-making during high-impact operational events.

  • Clear communication with technicians, vendors, customers, and leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

  • Accountability for team performance, uptime, and operational results.

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • 3 or more years of people management or team lead experience.

  • Advanced understanding of electrical and mechanical systems including generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, ATS or STS units, PDUs, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems.

  • Experience working within CMMS, asset management, and building management systems.

  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
