Summary:

The Systems Analyst provides analytical and technical support to the Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services (MFMLSS) program. This role supports the evaluation, coordination, and improvement of systems and processes associated with materiel fielding, data tracking, and medical logistics operations. The Systems Analyst works with program staff and stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, system functionality, and efficient operational support.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze program data, systems, and workflows to support MFMLSS operational and reporting requirements
  • Assist with maintaining and improving databases, tracking systems, and reporting tools used for materiel fielding activities
  • Support data collection, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy of program information
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support program management and decision-making
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or program support
  • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Must obtain a Tier 3 Investigation (T3) formerly National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit (NACLC) Security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000 annually.
