Job description

One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work on a 12-month assignment in their facilities in Midland, TX.
Responsabilities:
  • Enters and updates information into computer programs or databases.
  • Assesses files to determine what information needs to be entered and the appropriate location for entry.
  • Prepares source data for entry by compiling and sorting information and establishes entry priorities.
  • Follows verbal and written instructions.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
  • Will work on a project in OpenInvoice/Openticket and Wellview. The team will train these individuals in both systems to complete the tasks.

  • Solves challenges by following directions and using best judgement
  • Makes informed choices within scope
  • Basic functional use of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Experience in Oil and Gas or related industry (service industry for Oil and Gas has been a success for this team in the past)
