About the Role

We are seeking a Data Services Supervisor to help lead and grow our Data Services division. This role focuses on team coordination, client relationships, and supporting business growth efforts. It blends operational oversight with relationship management and business development support.

The ideal candidate understands how data supports business decisions, enjoys working with people, and can help connect client needs with our technical team's capabilities.

What You'll DoTeam & Project Oversight
  • Support coordination of Data Services projects and team workloads
  • Help ensure projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with client expectations
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and technical team members
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor client satisfaction and help address concerns proactively
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Participate in client meetings and help identify additional service opportunities
  • Help clients understand how our data solutions support their business goals
  • Gather feedback to improve our service offerings
Business Development Support
  • Partner with leadership and sales to support growth initiatives
  • Attend local networking events and represent TEC's Data Services team
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
  • Help identify opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support follow-up communication and relationship nurturing
Operational & Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth planning for the Data Services team
  • Assist with development of service agreements and scopes of work
  • Help track project progress and general market trends
What We're Looking ForBusiness & Relationship Skills
  • 5+ years in client services, account management, project coordination, or related experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and coordinate internal resources
  • Comfortable supporting sales efforts without being the primary closer
Technical Comfort Level
  • General understanding of business data, reporting, or analytics concepts
  • Ability to learn and speak at a high level about tools such as Power BI or data dashboards
  • No advanced coding or engineering experience required
