What you will do:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from both internal and external sources to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

  • Trend Identification: Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to uncover influences and provide a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape.

  • Forecasting and Recommendations: Construct forecasts and develop strategic and tactical plans based on thorough business data analysis and market knowledge.

  • Report Specification: Create detailed specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs, ensuring alignment with available data elements.

  • Consultation and Leadership: Provide consultation to users, leading cross-functional teams to address and resolve business issues effectively.

  • Data Production: Utilize system reporting tools to produce datasets and reports, facilitating in-depth analysis and informed decision-making.

  • Program Support: Support the development and optimization of partner programs and incentive structures through advanced analytics and modeling techniques. Global and geo specific support is required.

The salary range for this position is $88,510.00 - $141,630.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
