We provide more than 1.4 million square feet of research laboratory space to investigators working to improve child health. Our new Clinical Sciences Pavilion at Cincinnati Children’s offers 445,000 square feet of space for expanded laboratories, an imaging center and supporting infrastructure.
Ranked No. 2 in the U.S. News & World Report's latest rankings for Pulmonary Care among children's hospitals, the Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) features specialized centers for cystic fibrosis, asthma, sleep disorders and rare lung diseases.
The Sleep Center within the Division of Pulmonary Medicine is recruiting for an Assistant Professor Faculty role specializing in Sleep Medicine. This successful candidate will join a diverse academic position with strong faculty expertise in both pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine. Responsibilities will include diagnosis and treatment of children with sleep disorders, interpretation of sleep study in AASM-accredited sleep center, teaching fellows in the ACGME accredited sleep fellowship program, participating in the multidisciplinary Upper Airway Center and attending in our in-patient pulmonary service.

Qualifications:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is a MD/DO degree, and board certified/eligible in both Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine. Appointment level will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications.
Required:
·Doctor of Medicine OR Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine OR equivalent
·Unrestricted licensed physician
·Approval/credentialing from CCHMC Medical Staff Services Division
·Completion of all required pre-employment activities
·Assistant Professor appointment or eligibility
Preferred:
·Prior clinical practice experience may be required based on the needs of the department
