Raytheon is seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Digital Technology Data, Analytics, & AI Supplier & Munitions Acceleration Response team. This role allows you to influence organizational standards by researching and deploying technical solutions for customers as part of a broader ecosystem of advanced analytics professionals.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner across multiple functional areas to apply software engineering methods for scalable internal tools and external research needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Raytheon, RTX, and the Supplier Munitions Acceleration Response team to design and deliver analytics products.
  • Develop agile, data‑driven solutions supporting manufacturing, engineering, business development, and supply chain functions.
  • Research, recommend, and deploy technical solutions that help shape organizational analytics standards.
  • Contribute within a larger community of advanced analytics professionals to enhance best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar).
  • Experience with data and performing transformations.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience applying quantitative techniques (normalization, standardization) to cleanse and explore large, complex data sets in preparation for further analysis.
  • Experience in creating repeatable, reusable processes and scalable data products using Scaled Agile Framework methodology.
  • Experience managing projects and meeting with business stakeholders.
  • Experience with using data warehouses (Snowflake, SAP, etc).Knowledge of SQL and Python coding.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
