  • 8–12 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing data science/analytics with measurable business impact.
  • Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, and/or R; SAS experience a plus.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), big data tools (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Skilled in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture) and KPI translation.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong collaborator capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
