  • Perform profitability, optimization, and return-on-investment analyses to inform investment decisions
  • Consult on experimental design and data collection, developing new measurement approaches with stakeholders and partner teams
  • Translate results into clear narratives and present insights to stakeholders and senior management
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives that advance analytics methods and scalability
  • Collaborate across Marketing Analytics and Test Design teams while supporting an inclusive team environment
  • Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate, timely, and reproducible results

  • Experience using data visualization techniques for analysis and stakeholder-ready storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with A/B (split) and incrementality testing methodologies, including experimental design, significance evaluation, and translating results into business recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating effectively across levels and partner groups

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strategic thinking with an ability to stay anchored to measurable business goals
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort partnering with key stakeholders
