Job description

Job Title: Data Analyst (Advisory Data & Research)
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Own analytical workstreams end-to-end - synthesize input from users, business stakeholders, and leadership into prioritized questions and metrics.
  • Build, maintain, and refine dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics using clean, well-documented SQL.
  • Drive data discovery alongside Product and UX partners - conduct user research and champion the end-user perspective.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Engineering to translate analytical requirements into reliable, queryable data.
  • Define and deliver analyses end-to-end - from problem framing through validation, presentation, and impact measurement.
  • Represent findings to business leadership with crisp, regular readouts tied to strategic goals.
  • Proactively investigate data quality anomalies and resolve issues before they become blockers.
Required Skills
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • Fluency building dashboards and reports in modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Proficiency using AI tools in an analytical context.
  • Experience with commercial real estate data.
  • Ability to present and communicate insights to C-suite executives.
  • Comfort with data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data warehousing platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate (nice to have).
