Job description

Paid Training | Onboarding Incentive Available

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).

This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, caregivers, or anyone looking to enter the behavioral health field. Afternoon and evening availability is required.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Accurately collect and document session data
  • Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment
  • Communicate with families and clinical team
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required)
  • Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and willingness to travel between client homes
  • Valid negative TB test
  • Ability to meet state credentialing requirements
  • Completion of onboarding requirements
Pay & Perks:
  • Onboarding Incentive Available
  • COVID Pay: +$3.20/hour
  • Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later
  • Paid training provided (no ABA experience required)
  • Ongoing supervision and professional development
  • Opportunities for advancement
Additional Details:
  • Client assignments are based on availability and current service needs
  • Scheduling may vary depending on caseload and location
Preferred: (Not Required)
  • Experience in ABA, education, healthcare, or caregiving.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
