Start Your Reporting Career with Purpose
As an Environmental Reports Analyst I, you’ll play a vital role in transforming field data into polished client reports. You’ll learn the foundations of technical writing, environmental compliance, and data integrity as you support projects focused on asbestos, lead, mold, and other environmental concerns.
What You’ll Do:
  • Translate field and lab data into accurate, professional reports
  • Format documents using company templates and ensure consistency
  • Maintain communication with Project Administrators and field staff to ensure timely report delivery
  • Meet daily and weekly report deadlines
  • Maintain organized report folders and submit finalized documents through client portals
  • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to correct errors or omissions
  • Complete training and shadowing assignments to develop technical and industry knowledge
What You Bring:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills
  • Ability to type at least 55 WPM with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical reporting standards
