Job description

We are seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to support logistics, warehouse, and supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for transforming large volumes of operational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data mining, extraction, cleansing, validation, and analysis from multiple data sources.
  • Develop and automate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse, transportation, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Build data models and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable business insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis within logistics, warehouse, distribution center, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong experience with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
  • Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
