As a Finance Systems Reporting & Data Architecture Manager, you will serve as a critical link between Finance and Technology, helping ensure Finance reporting is accurate, well integrated, and designed to support enterprise analytics. In this role, you will help shape data architecture, support system and reporting enhancements, and drive stronger data governance and process improvement across Finance platforms.

Work You'll Do: 

As a Specialist Manager, Finance Systems on the Finance Systems team, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert on Finance data structures across reporting and analytics platforms
  • Partnering with Finance stakeholders on system changes, upgrades, and implementations that affect data availability and reporting
  • Supporting Finance data governance strategy, resolving cross-functional data misalignments, and prioritizing remediation efforts
  • Guiding data architecture, data feeds, lineage, and S4/SWIFT downstream reporting flows to strengthen reporting capabilities
  • Collaborating across S4/SWIFT, SAP Sidecar, Workiva, and other Finance systems to design, test, implement, and support solutions
  • Improving data quality and operational stability through automation, user acceptance testing support, production issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination

As subject matter experts, the team drives innovative solutions and change through the software development lifecycle, system governance, and change management to support the evolving technology needs of Finance and the US firm.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience with reporting, data integration, data management, or data architecture within financial systems or platforms
  • Experience with data governance and data quality practices
  • Experience gathering business requirements, partnering with technical teams, researching system and process issues, performing root cause analysis, and supporting user acceptance testing and validation of accounting outcomes for finance or accounting system solutions
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with financial systems and applications, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, trading platforms, or accounting software
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience with performance testing or security testing
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools and technologies

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
