Job description

The AmeriLux Family of Companies is Hiring! The Retail Analyst role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing outstanding support to our clients. As a retail analyst you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for large retail accounts, resolving inquiries and issues fully and fast
  • Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and proactively identify sales and reorder opportunities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and support new business development
  • Provide product information, quotes, and order status updates, and follow through to completion
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain for smooth order processing and on-time delivery
  • Analyze order patterns, product mix, and account activity to flag risks and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain account dashboards and reporting: revenue, margin, fill rates, forecast vs. actual
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
  • Participate in sales meetings and training to deepen product and market knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales, or a commercial/analyst role
  • Strong Excel and data skills, comfortable working with large data sets
  • Clear communicator who can present to customers and internal leadership
  • Organized operator who keeps many moving parts on track
  • Retail experience preferred.
