About the role Serves a critical role in ensuring that an organization's products and services consistently meet established quality standards. Responsible for developing, reviewing, and refining quality control procedures and processes; conducting audits and inspections; analyzing performance data; and implementing effective solutions to enhance overall quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Quality Supervisor / Manager to execute monitoring and measuring critical aspects of the Quality Management System such as:
    • Deviation/Concession System
    • Welding System
    • Calibration System - GAGEpack
    • ISO Database System - Entropy
  • Assist in providing Quality Training site-wide
  • Learn to use precision tooling such as Calipers & OD micrometers
  • Assist with precision tooling calibrations.
  • Participate as an ISO internal auditor.
  • Participate and assist with the follow-up processes involving all ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal and External audits
  • Assist with Company Digital display TV messages
  • Actively participate in all Quality, ISO, Environmental and Safety programs

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate shall possess the following:

  • 1-2 years of quality administration or training experience.
  • NCR & Corrective Action investigation & reporting experience.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Clear communication, both oral and written
