Job Description
Arvato is seeking a skilled Material Handler to operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts, reach truck and cherry pickers, to move materials and finished goods between production and storage areas. You'll use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory handling in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience with lift trucks and a strong attention to detail, apply today!
YOUR TASKS
  • Responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts, reach lifts, and cherry pickers, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations
  • Use WMS for inputs and outputs
  • Transport finished and semi-finished goods from the production departments to the appropriate locations

Qualifications
  • Must have at least one year of experience operating standup forklifts, including cherry pickers and reach trucks.
  • Must be able to operate a lift truck to reach heights of up to 40 feet
  • Must have strong math skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Ability to commute to: 6081 West 9000 South, West Jordan, Utah 84081
  • Work schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available, Monday-Sunday
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
    • Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk the majority of your shift
    • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
    • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
    • Travel: 0%.
