BEPC is actively looking for Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist in the Tempe, AZ area!

W2 Contract – Approximately 9 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $40.79 – $42.67 /hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after completion of training

Summary of the Role:


BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist to join our client’s site in Tempe, Arizona. This role will support and drive strategic initiatives within the Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain organization.


The specialist will oversee complex supply chain projects, monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate is a highly analytical supply chain professional with strong SAP expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience creating and managing Line of Balance and Clear to Build reports. This position will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and continuous operational improvement.



Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain projects within the Aerospace business.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop effective corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Create and maintain Line of Balance, Clear to Build, and related planning reports and tools.
  • Use SAP to analyze supply chain data, track project milestones, and support operational decision-making.
  • Develop project-tracking mechanisms, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support problem-solving activities and facilitate cross-functional alignment to resolve operational challenges.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong SAP experience with the ability to analyze and manage supply chain data.
  • Experience creating and managing Line of Balance and Clear to Build reports.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics.
  • Continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
