Project Manager, Enterprise Data & Systems
About the Role
As a Project Manager, Enterprise Data & Systems, you will lead and coordinate a portfolio of approximately six concurrent projects that support critical business operations and enterprise data initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams across Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, Empower, Enterprise Data, and Facility MDM to ensure projects are aligned, organized, and delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized project professional with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate approximately six simultaneous projects with varying priorities and timelines.
  • Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, Empower, Enterprise Data, and Facility MDM teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and action item tracking.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and dashboards using Smartsheet and other project management tools.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Analyze issues and provide recommendations that improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and communicate project status to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience using Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate work across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing data-related, data governance, or master data management (MDM) projects.
