Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise data transformation and modernization initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end modernization from legacy platforms such as SSIS and SQL Server to modern cloud-based architectures such as Snowflake, while serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management, data modernization, stakeholder management, governance, and technical oversight experience across complex enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data modernization programs across discovery, design, migration, validation, and stabilization.
• Drive execution across multiple pods and cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Ensure adherence to program timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost objectives.
• Act as a technical mentor and provide guidance to teams across the program.
• Drive strategic conversations with customers and business stakeholders.
• Provide strong oversight of data architecture, migration approaches, and target-state designs.
• Drive transformation from legacy ETL platforms such as SSIS to modern cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and downstream system alignment throughout modernization initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business, client, and leadership stakeholders.
• Drive requirements alignment across business domains and downstream systems.
• Lead governance forums, executive program reviews, weekly status reviews, budgeting, and management-of-change activities.
• Establish strong program governance, reporting cadence, and escalation management processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data migration, downstream integration, data quality, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and data governance standards.
• Act as the data practice anchor for the account.
• Support solutioning, estimation, and SOW development for supplemental data programs.
• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across data and analytics initiatives.
• Support the transition of programs into Managed Services models.
• Provide technical and strategic oversight for AI-driven data engineering and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience across Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Program Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data modernization and migration programs.
• Strong program management experience, preferably managing multimillion-dollar programs.
• Strong experience in the Insurance domain, with Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modernization and migration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake data warehousing, performance optimization, and cost optimization.
• Strong understanding of legacy ETL platforms, particularly SSIS.
• Experience with data migration frameworks and tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Exposure to ELT/ETL orchestration, data pipelines, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to data quality, governance, and validation frameworks.
• Experience transitioning programs into Managed Services models.
• Proven ability to manage distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, migration approaches, and target-state design.
• Ability to manage risks associated with data migration, downstream integration, data quality, and performance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, audit, and data governance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI-driven data engineering and automation frameworks.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise data transformation programs within Insurance/P&C environments.
• Experience supporting solutioning, estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
• Experience acting as a data practice anchor or technical leader for enterprise accounts.
