Job description

Job Description:

The Affiliation Program Administrator supports the affiliated student program, shadowing programs, and various other student initiatives. Handle negotiations and manage student affiliation agreements, clinical placements, and orientations while ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Acts as a liaison between hospitals and academic institutions, facilitating relationships with partner agencies. Analyze utilization data to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, assess contract viability, and enhance organizational performance. Prepare reports and present findings to the Affiliation Program Director, collaborating closely to optimize the program’s operations.

Work Experience

Three years of experience with program management or administration is required, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.

License/Registration/Certification

None.

Education and Training

A Bachelor of Arts, or a  Bachelor of Science in a related field is required.  A Master’s degree is preferred.

Skills
  1. Strong written and oral communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Experienced in managing and organizing student programs, including shadowing and clinical placements.
  4. Skilled in negotiating and managing affiliation agreements and ensuring compliance.
