About the Role
As our Dataset Program Manager, you will combine strong program management and a deep customer focus to execute hyperscale pilot programs. Reporting directly to the VP, Delivery & Operations, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert to deliver complex dataset workstreams on time while ensuring a professional and attentive experience for our AI customers. This role is uniquely suited for someone who is organized, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where processes are actively evolving and adapting.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll take ownership of the following key areas:
  • Analyze and Establish Program Parameters: Evaluate hyperscale stakeholder requirements to define clear program scope, timelines, budgets (including quoting and revisions), and specific dataset deliverables.
  • Lead Hyperscale Pilot Programs: Direct dynamic dataset programs through the full lifecycle (intake, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing), seamlessly adapting between high-velocity sprints and long-term initiatives.
  • Drive Program Execution & Mitigate Risk: Take full ownership of new customer programs with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Build program trackers, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans during the planning phase to proactively resolve issues.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Maintain rigorous standards of customer service throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring every interaction meets the high expectations of hyperscale clients.
  • Document and Streamline Processes: Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on learnings from pilot programs to continuously improve processes and contribute to a scalable library of delivery best practices.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
  • Significant experience in a project or program management role, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements independently.
  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (CAPM or PMP certification is a strong asset).
  • Industry Experience: A background in the AI data services industry with direct exposure to hyperscale customers is highly preferred.
  • Project Management Expertise: Solid understanding of full-lifecycle project management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, enterprise project management tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Proven strengths in Customer Focus, Agile Methodology, and Strategic Direction and Execution.

Work Details:We believe in the power of flexibility. While this is a remote-friendly position, we value face-to-face connection:
  • Local Team (Ontario): You'll join us at our London office (100 Dundas St) once a month on designated "All-Hands" days to connect with the full team.
  • Distributed Team: While you are always welcome at our Ontario hub, your attendance is optional. If we ever require your presence for a specific event, we've got you covered: travel and accommodations will be fully funded.
Compensation
  • Canada:$90,000 - $115,000 per annum
  • Spain: 45,000 - 60,000 per annum
  • United Kingdom: Competitive salary commensurate with location & experience.
