Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines direct patient supervision, clinical oversight, and leadership, requiring a balance of direct to indirect supervision. The Program Manager will drive program development, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional care delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversees the creation, revision and implementation of Behavior Plans that are based on the targeted behavioral needs of patients.
  • Frequently communicates with families and community providers to provide updates and progress on treatment.
  • Directs the behavioral assessment and behavioral treatment protocols.
  • Leads a behavioral team that produces initial behavioral plans for staff implementation and meets five (5) days a week to refine and individualize plans as needed.
  • Guides in the moment clinical adjustments to the Behavior Plan daily.
  • Provides daily behavioral direction for Treatment Team
  • Enhances the delivery of effective and measurable behavioral treatment to patients.
  • Maintains and improves clinical data feedback loops between direct care staff and the clinical staff.
  • Responsible for the integrity of all program behavioral data.
  • Performs formal behavioral analysis procedures for selected target behaviors.
  • Supports the family/caregiver training program including scheduling sessions and facilitating effective training of family/caregivers.
  • Consults other departments as appropriate to collaborate on patient care and performance improvement activities.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required
  • Active Nevada State Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) or BCBA preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience working in a clinical setting required, preferred experience providing behavioral treatment to youth with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and organizational skills for the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Specific knowledge and skills in area of training and development
  • Skills in data collection, analysis, evaluation, and interpretation
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Must have experience with coordinating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with therapeutic limit-setting helpful or an understanding of level systems or other behavior management modalities helpful
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries
