Summary: 

  • Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage in an engineering setting.

  • Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.

  • Maintains analytical systems, verifies accuracy of data, and acts as liaison with business.

  • Works with technical developers and data scientists to define business outcomes and govern capabilities.

  • Develops deterministic data pipelines including ETL, linking logic, and data validation using Python.

  • Utilizes AWS core services including S3, Lambda, and boto3 for cloud-based data processing.

  • Performs data cleaning and integration, transforming unstructured documents into clean data.

  • Designs data models for entity linking, including designing keys and joins across datasets.

  • Develops APIs using FastAPI and performs basic frontend-backend integration.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • Python 3.10+ with production-level scripting and deterministic pipeline development (ETL, linking logic, data validation).

  • AWS core services experience including S3, Lambda, and boto3.

  • Data cleaning and data integration experience for transforming unstructured documents.

  • Data modeling for entity linking, designing keys and joins across datasets.

  • SQL experience for data querying and analysis.

  • Document processing experience for data extraction and transformation.

  • Dashboarding experience with Tableau.

  • Databricks experience for big data processing and analytics.

  • API development experience using FastAPI with basic frontend-backend integration.
