Job description

This position is responsible for supporting Quality Control, production reporting, documentation, and material management activities within the manufacturing environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to analyze data and maintain accurate records.

This position reports to the Plant Lead and Quality Control Supervisor.

DESCRIPTION

  • Application of the Company’s Core Values in the work environment.
  • Prepare CTL, meeting and mix reports.
  • Prepare monthly CTL report and maintain accurate reporting records.
  • Archive and scan conversion and quality control reports.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on separated pallets.
  • Manage and document quarantined pallets (DC).
  • Coordinate the removal and disposition of pallets placed on hold.
  • Request pallets from the warehouse as needed to support production requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain palletizing reports.
  • Prepare reports on bags sent to recycling.
  • Maintain rejected rolls reports and documentation.
  • Update the 9 Times Table, Weight Conversion Table, Weight Chart for Releasing Rolls, and Weight Charts for Soft-Loop and Reusable Bags.
  • File and Maintain certificates of analysis and other quality-related documentation.
  • Ensure records and reports are accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
  • Communicate quality or production-related issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support production and quality teams with accurate data and documentation as needed.

COMPETENCIES

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work is primarily performed in a lab but will occasionally require to be on the manufacturing floor, with exposure to loud noises, machinery (including moving equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scissor lifts), and varying temperatures. There may also be potential exposure to certain chemicals.
  • The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is always mandatory.
