About the Role
We are seeking a Data & Platform Engineer to design, build, and support the data infrastructure, automation workflows, and business applications that power operational success. This role combines data engineering, Power Platform development, analytics enablement, and systems integration with a focus on automation, data reliability, and business reporting. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Beaverton, Oregon.
About You
What you will be doing:
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.
  • Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse to streamline business processes.
  • Design, support, and optimize data models and datasets for reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot system, application, and data issues using strong root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Support integrations across cloud-based and on-premises systems.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployment workflows, and DevOps best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for applications, data flows, integrations, and system architecture.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Strong experience with SQL, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency using Python for automation, scripting, or data processing.
  • Experience building and supporting data pipelines and system integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical, application, and data-related issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or cloud-based data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
  • Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
  • Background supporting operations, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems.
