Data Analyst, Specialty Care Programmatic Support

Artemis seeks a Data Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Specialty Care Program Office (SCPO). SCPO provides national leadership, governance, and oversight for specialty care programs, Centers of Excellence, and clinical service lines across VHA, as well as complex, enterprise initiatives. This position focuses on the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of databases, dashboards, and reports that give SCPO leadership information to manage specialty care programs and priorities.

Primary Responsibilities

The Data Analyst contributes to a multidisciplinary team by developing computerized models and queries, extrapolating data patterns using analytical methods, and developing graphs, charts, and visualizations, using tools such as Pyramid Analytics, Tableau, and/or Power BI, to offer inputs to program direction. The Data Analyst may also develop administrator and end-user guides describing purpose, functionality, data sources, and data flow of tools, deliver administrator and end-user training, and provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and enhancements.
